Not everyone needs therapy and coaching is not for everyone. Which is appropriate for you and when? Consultation with a mental health professional to gain clarity on whether committing to therapy is the right choice for you. The session includes creating an action plan tailored to you and your specific situation. You will receive resources and guidance for next steps in getting the appropriate support you are needing. Please note: This is not medical advice, as I am not a doctor. This is an information session to make your life easier in an already very stressful time. I understand the therapeutic model, the mental health field, and different modalities of therapy to give you a starting point that is much nearer to what you need rather than calling a down a list of doctors on your insurance plan that you have never heard of and may or not specialize in what you need.
